For these trains, you will have to change at Bukit Mertajam (BM) railway station.

Booking Komuter Train Tickets from Taiping
KTM Komuter train tickets can only be purchased on the day of travel.
Tickets are sold at the station ticket counters which can get busy during the rush hours.
Seating on commuter trains is on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you want to guarantee a seat, you will have to travel on the more expensive ETS trains.
